4th Birthday Party - Rapunzel Theme

Allison's birthday party this year had a Rapunzel theme, so we decorated in the purple and yellow sunbursts of the kingdom that Rapunzel came from.  I made sunburst flag banners to go on both dining room doorways.  Then I made some large lanterns to hang from the ceiling and some small lanterns to sit on the counter with tea lights inside.  Of course we had to have a magic golden flower as well.

Our guests were Grandma and Grandpa Lively, Eric and Megan Lively, Aunt Shannon, Aunt Catherine and Uncle Zach, and great-grandpa (Papa).

She got more trains than she knows what to do with, but she still enjoyed playing with the Rapunzel and Eugene cake topper the most.

I ended up making a cake (funfetti with cotton candy icing), so Rapunzel's boat could go on top.  I made cake balls as well (strawberry shortcake) for those who think blue icing is just too much.
